Human Resources Manager

Lignetics, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of clean and renewable energy solutions, animal care products, and cooking essentials. As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency across multiple manufacturing plants.
This dynamic position requires a strong leader who can balance tactical and strategic workload, analyze complex business problems, and develop innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with site leaders, HR teams, and operations experts to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of human resource management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement through survey action planning activities, proactive plant visits, and establishing relationships with employees and managers.
- Collaborate with site leaders to understand skills and competency requirements for optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Provide safety and worker's compensation administrative support.
- Onboard and integrate new employees into the plant, their role, and the company.
- Facilitate compensation practices to ensure fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation packages.
- Partner with operations leaders to solve complex business problems.
- Act as a liaison for employees, ensuring management practices align with company policies and core values.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal labor laws and regulations.
- Educate plant leadership on HR policies and procedures, including workplace safety, diversity/inclusivity, harassment, and discrimination.
- Support onboard/offboarding of benefits administration.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of human resource management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Able to travel to assigned manufacturing plants 50% of the time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to balance tactical and strategic workload.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000/year
