Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Specialist to join our team at Burman Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to our clients, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver people management strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR-related issues, including employee relations, talent management, and change management.

Requirements:
