  • Collaborate with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives.
  • Review and update HR strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies.
  • Design and execute a global Learning and Development strategy.
  • Support global employee relations and oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employee relations, experience with HR systems, and excellent organizational skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple priorities while driving initiative-driven solutions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to contribute to BramahHR Ltd's continued success. The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
