Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead operational HR activities, develop strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on employee relations matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives.
  • Reviewing and updating HR strategies.
  • Evaluating HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence.
  • Developing and implementing a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies.
  • Designing and executing a global Learning and Development strategy.
  • Supporting global employee relations.
  • Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management and salary benchmarking.
  • Coordinating the annual performance and salary review processes.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance employee and manager experiences.
  • Data management and reporting including HRMI & KPI reporting.
  • Serving as a key liaison between HR and payroll.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
