Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our client's team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll systems.

Key Tasks
  • Manage payroll processes, including daily payroll tasks, such as backfilling roles to support team members during Testing and Parallel run phases.
  • Monitor and manage the shared mailbox for payroll enquiries.
  • Conduct complex calculations for Maternity Leave, Long-Term Sickness (LTS), Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), and employee departures.
  • Oversee all ad hoc data, pension and benefit changes across a dozen payrolls, including one weekly payroll and two pensioner payrolls.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within payroll department.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft and Excel.
  • Ideally from a payroll Bureau background and experience with Payrite FMP/IRIS.
