Data and Payroll Support Analyst

This position is designed to support the Assistant Payroll Manager and work closely with Senior Payroll Analysts and Payroll Analysts in our Group Salaries department. You will cover a period of parental leave within the team, contributing to day-to-day processing and reporting that keeps our payroll system running efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be:
- Processing payroll for all starters and leavers across all payrolls.
- Managing sick leave, income protection, and parental leave across all payrolls.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to collate processing data.
- Performing ad-hoc payroll calculations and data changes for employees.
- Checking and uploading all overtime data.
- Checking and uploading all average holiday pay data.
- Verifying monthly input in collaboration with Senior Payroll Analysts and Payroll Analysts.
- Preparing payrolls for submission by the Senior Payroll Analyst or Assistant Payroll Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Moderate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Outlook.
- Moderate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of payroll systems (experience with Payrite / FMP IRIS is an asset).
- Experience working within a busy payroll department.
