Bertelsmann seeks a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to support our Group Salaries department during the testing and parallel run phases of our HRIS Programme. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to maintain payroll operations, manage data changes, and complete system audits.

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity lasting 6 months. The salary range is £38,000 - £40,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining daily payroll tasks
  • Completing complex calculations
  • Managing data changes
  • Handling pension and flexible benefit changes
  • Completing system audits

You should have advanced Excel skills, experience working in a Payroll Bureau environment, and knowledge of Payrite, FMP/IRIS.
