About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to support our Group Salaries department during the critical Testing & Parallel run phases of our HRIS Programme. This role is essential in ensuring that our payroll operations run smoothly while our team transitions to the new HRIS system, Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily tasks within the payroll department, backfilling roles and responsibilities to free up team members for Testing (UAT) and Parallel run phases.
  • Complete complex calculations on Maternities, Long-Term Sickness (LTS), Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), and leavers.
  • Manage all adhoc data changes across 14 payrolls, including 1 Weekly payroll and 2 Pensioner payrolls.
  • Handle all Pension related changes across 14 payrolls, including 1 Weekly payroll and 2 Pensioner payrolls.
  • Process all Flexible Benefit changes across 14 payrolls, including 1 Weekly payroll and 2 Pensioner payrolls.
  • Complete system audits between the HR & Payroll systems.
  • Complete month-end payroll controls prior to payroll release.
  • Run payroll reporting suites across the payrolls at month-end.

Requirements

  • Advanced level experience of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Ideal for candidates from a Payroll Bureau background.
  • Experience with Payrite, FMP/IRIS would be an asset.
