Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team as we implement our new HRIS system, Dayforce. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in payroll administration and a strong understanding of MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily payroll tasks and ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Perform complex calculations on various payroll aspects, including Maternities, LTS, SSP, and leavers.
  • Manage data changes across multiple payrolls, including weekly and pensioner payrolls.
  • Process flexible benefit changes and handle pension-related modifications.
  • Conduct system audits and complete month-end payroll controls.
  • Run payroll reporting suites at month-end.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Prior experience in a Payroll Bureau environment.
  • Knowledge of Payrite, FMP/IRIS would be advantageous.
