Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the Technical Support team, including line management, day-to-day work, recruitment, training, and development.

- Manage incoming calls and emails for technical support and advice, troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements:

- NVQ level 3 with a technical emphasis on electrical/electronic/automotive (or equivalent).

- Experience in a 'lead' customer support role with a technical focus and line management responsibility.

- Good level of DC circuit knowledge.
