Customer Success Graduate Advocate

About Moody's RMS Graduate Program:
We are seeking a talented Customer Success Graduate to join our team. As a graduate, you will work with leading developers, scientists, product managers, and customer success practitioners to build a diverse and relevant career platform.
Through rotations in up to five teams, you will enhance your knowledge of our products, how they are built, the companies who use them, and the industries managing catastrophe risk. You will also have the opportunity to transition into your first permanent role after completing rotations.
To succeed in this role, you should be motivated by helping others succeed, communicate effectively, simplify complex technical concepts, and have an interest in science and technology in understanding and managing risks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to ensure they extract maximum value from our catastrophe models, data, platform, applications, and services.
- Partner with clients to optimize their workflows, facilitate risk transfer, and explore new uses of our models and data.
Required Qualifications:
Education: BS or MS degree in related fields: Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Earth or Climate Sciences, Computer Sciences, Software, IT, Risk Management, Insurance.
Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively, simplify complex technical concepts, and have an interest in science and technology in understanding and managing risks.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
