Senior Care Manager

Friends of the Elderly is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel.
We have been supporting older people for over 100 years, offering care home and day care services as well as grants for those in financial difficulty.
This Senior Care Manager role will see you work with our team to provide person-focused care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage our care teams, ensuring high-quality care is provided at all times
- To develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our service users
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- To recruit, train and develop staff to achieve excellence in care
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or nursing
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior care management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
