Job Title: Children's Residential Deputy Home Manager

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire

Salary: £14.52 per hour; gross annual pay £33,501 (based on full-time hours + 10 sleep-ins per month)

Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £14.00

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and committed Deputy Home Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team in delivering high-quality care and creating a positive living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of the home, including staff supervision, resident care planning, and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of residents with complex care requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in residential childcare or a similar setting
  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field
  • Enhanced DBS check and two professional references
