Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our extensive property portfolio in Malvern. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and experienced professional to join our team at Magnus James, a leading independent property management agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
  • Organising inspections and check outs
  • Coordinating contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing works orders, and managing invoices
  • Ensuring property compliance with EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications
  • Handling deposit disputes
  • Organising tenancy paperwork
  • Serving section notices as required

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • A valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle

Benefits:
  • $24,000 - $27,000 basic salary (DOE) plus incentives
  • Monday to Friday position
  • On-site parking
