Role Overview

Barchester Healthcare seeks a skilled Bank Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes. As a vital member of the care team, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care, including medication administration, assessments, and care reviews.
  • Maintain the dignity and preferences of our residents, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you must have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Additionally, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential. We seek a compassionate and committed individual who prioritizes individualized care and support.
