We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to deliver exceptional care with a family-like atmosphere in one of our care homes. As a representative of Friends of the Elderly (FotE), you will be part of an organization dedicated to providing essential support for seniors in need.

FotE is a well-established not-for-profit charity that has been supporting older people for over 100 years. Our services include residential care homes and day care centers, offering financial assistance grants to alleviate the burden of costs on vulnerable individuals.

Estimated Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and efficient workflow management.
  • Communicate respectfully and empathetically with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the care home by performing duties as required.
