**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Support Coordinator to join our team at Friends of the Elderly. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill, compassion, and dedication.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role and will be registered with a relevant body such as the NMC. You will have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the care and support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.

About the Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
