Residential Assets Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate inspections and check outs
- Manage contractor relationships and administrative tasks
- Ensure property compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle deposit disputes and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and distribute tenancy paperwork
- Issue section notices as required
Our Offering:
- A base salary of $24,000 - $27,000 (DOE), with opportunities for incentives
- A standard Monday-to-Friday work schedule
- Convenient on-site parking
