Age UK Worcester, Malvern & Herefordshire is a charity that relies heavily on the support of its volunteers. We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team and help us manage our volunteer programme.

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, as well as ensuring they are properly supervised while on duty. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all volunteer hours and ensuring compliance with all policies procedures and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
