About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents. You'll work closely with the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to ensure that every resident receives individualised care.

Your Responsibilities

  • SUPERVISE AND INSPIRE A TEAM OF DEDICATED CARE ASSISTANTS
  • SUPPORT THE CLINICAL TEAM IN SPECIFIC AREAS SUCH AS MEDICATION, ASSESSMENTS, CARE PLANS OR CARE REVIEWS
  • DELIVER PERSON-CENTRED CARE TO OUR RESIDENTS

About You

We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
