Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Safely managing the daily routines of our residents, including administering medication and performing care tasks
  • Supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments and care planning
  • Ensuring that our residents' individualised care plans are implemented and reviewed regularly
  • Supervising and guiding a team of dedicated Care Assistants to ensure that they're providing high-quality care and support
