Job Opportunity: Long-term Residential Care Director
£40,000 per year salary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our residential home catering to 26 residents, offering long-term care, respite, and mental health support. As the Director, you will be responsible for creating a positive environment that prioritises resident well-being and safety.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement personalized care plans addressing each resident's unique needs.
- Manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluation, adhering to company guidelines.
- Regularly inspect the facility to guarantee it operates efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with the deputy director to maintain a smoothly functioning home that complies with regulations.
- Ensure all activities within the home run smoothly.
- Knowledge of safeguarding best practices and Mental Capacity Act protocols.
- Leadership experience in leading and empowering staff teams.
- Ability to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
