About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Team Member. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support. You will be responsible for assisting our residents with various tasks, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility, and keeping care records up to date.

You will be an empathetic and respectful individual who is able to build strong relationships with our residents. A self-motivated and flexible approach is essential, as you will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a generous annual salary of £22,000 - £24,000, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including paid breaks, monthly prize draws, wellbeing support, retail discounts, cycle to work scheme, long service awards, and group pension plan.
