Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Care Practitioner to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will play a senior role in ensuring that our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities may include supervising care staff, developing care plans, and ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also need to possess a strong understanding of care principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
