- Provide high-quality medical care to patients with complex needs, utilizing advanced health assessment skills and V300 non-medical prescribing qualifications
- Work closely with medical, nursing, and therapy teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective patient outcomes
- Develop and implement education programs to enhance professional development and improve patient care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, including advanced health assessment skills at Level 7
- V300 non-medical prescriber qualification
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise high-level clinical expertise
- Strong communication and leadership skills
