Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our Orthopaedic Scrub Team.
This full-time role requires 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality patient care across various services.
- To lead teams in a fast-paced environment, making decisions autonomously.
- To invest time in learning and development, including industry-recognised qualifications and leadership skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- A minimum of 6-12 months' experience in a theatre setting.
- Mandatory experience within the relevant theatre specialism (Scrub/Recovery/Anaesthetics).
