Care Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:- SUPPORT THE GENERAL MANAGER IN LEADING CARE STAFF AND NURSES TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY CARE.
- LEAD SUPPORT AND FACILITATION OF RESIDENTS' NURSING AND MEDICAL NEEDS, ENSURING LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND BEST PRACTICE IS FOLLOWED.
As our Clinical Lead, you will oversee the duty rota, ensuring an optimal skills mix and numbers on duty meet residents' assessed needs. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maximize opportunities and identify areas for improvement, sharing insights with the General Manager.
Requirements:- Be registered with a relevant body, such as the NMC.
- Have proven experience working within a similar role, preferably in a care setting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding.
- Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills, able to communicate effectively with external health professionals.
