Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our field sales team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our field sales strategy across these markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities, expand market share, and enhance customer retention.
- Commercial Excellence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to optimize sales processes and deliver best-in-class solutions to customers.
- Performance Management: Set clear objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and development initiatives.
- Customer Centricity: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring your teams deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and a deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Comfortable with regular and extensive travel across the UK and Ireland.
- Ability to work remotely and attend HQ 1 day per week.
- Eager to take the next step in your sales career, leveraging your proven track record to drive growth and achieve new heights.
- A competitive salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
