Job Description:
As the EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports across the UK, France, and Germany. Your key objectives include developing sales within the EMEA region, generating reports on all sales activity, preparing annual budgets, and delivering presentations to clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating deals, developing new strategic partnerships, and attending regional meetings to ensure effective business practice.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with prior experience managing a sales team, particularly in international sales roles covering the EMEA region. A strong understanding of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers, and load cells is essential. The ideal candidate will be based in the UK, willing to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
