About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a National Sales Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a large field sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results and accountability.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to optimise sales processes and deliver best-in-class solutions to customers.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and development initiatives.
- Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring your teams deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and a deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Comfortable with regular and extensive travel across the UK, with a preference for candidates based within close proximity to national road networks.
