Regional Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. As the leader of our Midlands region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
Leading 7 galleries across the region, your position will play a critical role in the success of each gallery. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute individual who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a targeted area sales manager role, running a high-profile region with a high-value turnover. They will also possess a target-driven sales-focused mentality and excellent leadership skills.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous bonus scheme, company car, and contributory pension scheme.
