Sales Administration Assistant

This part-time sales role at Samsung Electronics Perú involves handling various administrative tasks to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities- Create budgets based on sales decisions
- Review sales processes, including contract management, calculation, supply projection, invoicing, and other tasks
- Communicate with the Shared Service Center for payment process management
- Process marketing invoices and customer bonuses
- Communicate with other departments and perform ad-hoc administration tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bc. degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Self-confidence, ability to work independently, personal responsibility
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and advanced English language skills
