Sales Administrator

Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful global business who are leaders within their field is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Sales team on a permanent basis.
This is a fast-paced role where the successful Sales Administrator will join a busy Sales team, however you will not be given targets nor the requirement to make any sales.
This is a fully-remote role where the successful Administrator will receive full support and training. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, where you are used to working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Understand pricing structures within the business along with the range or products to enable you to outline and discuss with clients
- Provide administrative support to the sales team with updating records on the CRM system, updating internal databases, contacting customers to obtain information, liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Support the sales team with sales consultations and bookings
- Prepare reports for sales meetings
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns
- Communicate important feedback amongst internal teams
Key Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role where you have been required to liaise with clients whilst provide a high level of administrative support
- Ability to complete tasks both as part of team and individually
- Confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Strong accuracy, grammar, and attention to detail

The role will be 100% remote, but you will be required to meet once a month at a neutral venue in and around the Kent area.
