Administrative Sales Assistant

About the Job:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales and Business Support teams. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Account Managers, Directors, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales support and administration, price optimisation, order management, forecasting and reporting, cross-team communication, and continuous improvement. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers in preparing and issuing quotes, processing customer orders, and managing deal registrations.
- Negotiate the best prices for our deals with distributors.
- Process orders efficiently and maintain accurate order details.
- Maintain forecasts and provide regular updates to the Renewals and Business Support Manager.
- Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Finance, and other teams.
- Contribute to the refinement and improvement of our systems and processes.
