Responsibilities include:

  2. Ensuring concerns are addressed empathetically
  3. Maintaining accurate records of all relevant details
  4. Communicating with visitors, students, and staff via phone, email, and in person
  5. Analysing and identifying trends in complaints
  6. Efficiently managing multiple complaints and tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in handling complaints
  • A background in conflict resolution
  • Experience within the higher education sector
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy

The salary for this role is approximately £32,500 based on an annual salary range of £30,000-£35,000.
