Job Type: Part-time, 30 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Trainer to join our team at Castlemeadow Care. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering staff training across our care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face training and induction programs to employees
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning culture
- Recognize and support individuals with specific training needs
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and refresher training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social care practices, legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the review and preparation of course materials and presentations
- Ensure staff qualifications are maintained and up-to-date
- Design and develop current and future training programs
Requirements:
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
- Relevant Train the Trainer qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle
