On-Call Support Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

Healthcare Homes is actively looking for dedicated on-call support coordinators to assist our branch network during non-office hours.

This position entails providing guidance to the care team with inquiries, liaising with clients regarding any service delays, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

The on-call team operates every day of the week, covering various shifts throughout the day.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 6am - 9am and 5pm - 10pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 6am - 10pm (split shift)
