A leading Regional Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects across the East Anglia region, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and control site teams to achieve project goals
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures
  • Manage costs and ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities
  • Coordinate health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Pre- and post-contract planning and coordination
  • Monitor production levels and initiate necessary actions
  • Coordinate road and sewer adoption works
  • Ensure site setup and presentation meet contract requirements
  • Manage production and program schedules
  • Liaise with sales and customer teams
  • Coordinate with external agencies
  • Ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Background in overseeing new build residential projects
  • Excellent construction knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate site teams
  • Full UK driver's license
