Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage site teams, including subcontractors and in-house personnel, ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting project performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the tendering process by providing input on project scope, costs, and timelines.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in suspended ceilings, dry lining, partitions, or interior fit-outs.
- Experience of working for Tier 1 Contractors
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
