Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Select Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing financial transactions on Xero
  • Managing purchase orders and supplier relationships
  • Coordinating daily banking activities, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
  • Generating weekly supplier payment runs and Bacs payments
  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets to analyze and report financial data
  • Managing company credit cards and processing monthly statements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial data entry and processing
  • Supplier management and communication
  • Banking and cash management
  • Financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Xero and Excel
