We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Select Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and supplier accounts
- Manage daily banking activities, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
- Generate weekly supplier payment runs and reconcile accounts
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
