Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Select Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and supplier accounts
- Manage daily banking activities, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
- Generate weekly supplier payment runs and reconcile accounts
- Assist in managing supplier relationships, including credit limits and account queries
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
