Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Recruit Select. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, including account queries, credit limits, and account reconciliations.
- Banking and Payments: Process daily banking, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices, and generating weekly supplier payment runs.
- Excel Spreadsheets: Work with Excel spreadsheets to manage and analyze financial data.
- Company Credit Cards: Manage company credit cards, including monthly statements and posting transactions on the system.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering telephone calls, dealing with clients, suppliers, and staff queries.
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and staff.
