The team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients, and they are looking for an experienced Insurance Administrator to join and support their operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Answer incoming calls, help client inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up with customers and obtain required documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with industry regulations
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other documentation for clients
  • Coordinate with insurers and underwriters to process policy amendments and renewals
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.


Location: This is a fully remote position, but ideally, you should be located within an hour's drive of Windermere to attend occasional team meetings and training sessions.
