Working directly for the general manager and finance manager
- Works closely with the Finance team on document flow and onsite filing.
- Supports and coordinates Audit and Finance meeting arrangements including teleconferences and minute taking as required.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to; scanning, copying, filing, and simple data entry.
- Collects and opens mail addressed to the Finance/Accounting; forwards correspondence to appropriate staff for action.
- Ensures that the invoice and purchases are verified, recorded, and allocated to accounts properly.
- Manage and maintain files and records, including insurance, leases, Supplier contracts and other agreements.
- Assists with simple stock administration like spot check counts, capturing stock take info etc.
- Provide administrative support including Human Resources administration.
- Provide administrative support with correspondence.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
