**Finance Administrator**

Temporary - maternity cover

Part time - 20hrs (days/times flexible)

Salary from £20,400 per annum, pro rata
- Process purchase invoices
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Update records within the internal electronic case management system
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers, supporting with invoice and account queries
- Purchase required supplies, stationery and equipment for all business functions
- Stock reconciliation
- Book travel and accommodations for staff members
- General office administration
- Providing support and information to the rest of the team and business as required
- Ad hoc finance administration duties as and when required

**Skills**:

- Strong number skills
- Experience of using Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Able to work under pressure and balance own workloads
