Office Administrative Assistant

South Cumbria Construction Ltd have a busy office in Windermere and have a full-time vacancy for an office administrative assistant to join our close-knit team.
We are looking for someone who is well organised, efficient and self-motivated with proven experience in a similar role.
You must have **excellent verbal and written communication skills** with legible handwriting as a mix of manual and computerised bookkeeping systems are used, along with a strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Daily, weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks for accounts payable and receivable plus banking, cash handling, training records, Health & Safety compliance and social media updates.
Prior experience of SAGE would be an advantage, but not vital as full in-house training will be provided.
You must be computer literate with a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Salary is dependent on experience.
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (we close over the Christmas period).
Company pension and accident/life cover (after qualifying period of 3 months).
