Property Management Administrator

A vacancy has opened for an enthusiastic Property Management Administrator to join our Windermere office and support our team on a full time, permanent basis.
Typical day to day tasks will include:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with tenant enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule and instruct contractors
- Residential lettings, marketing and property inspections in connection with a substantial residential and commercial portfolio in Windermere and the surrounding area.
- Answering/processing telephone calls and accurate message taking
- Raising and processing invoices
- Maintaining property and estate databases
- Keeping an up to date filing and archiving system
- Office and administration responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and juggle workload
- Be a team player and prepared to assist within other areas of the office where required
- Property related experience is advantageous, although training can be provided
- Working knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous
