Simpson & Parsons (Insurance Consultants) Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to start a career in the Insurance Sector. Based in our high profile Windermere Office on the High Street opposite Booths Supermarket.

You will work in a friendly and dynamic environment, liaising with other members of the team, required to assist and provide a high level of support. This opportunity will allow for training in most classes of insurance, with a particular focus on Personal Lines, Property Owners and Small Commercial Package policies.

Responsibilities will likely include; speaking to customers over the phone and face to face, collecting information, issuing documentation, some assessing of risk data, utilising our bespoke insurance IT system and providing service to customers and other companies throughout the UK. This is a career opportunity, not just a job.

This is a full time role with plenty of opportunity for career progression.

Hours of work are 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday 09.00-12.00 on rota.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Be a team player and be able to manage your time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner. Enthusiasm for a new challenge is a must.

Administrative experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

**Benefits**

Training will be provided. This will take the form of 'on the job' training with regards to the use of the computer system and products. There will also be the opportunity to complete online training platforms to further understand the insurance sector and the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
