We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Select Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing and managing invoices and purchase orders
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve account queries and manage credit limits
- Performing daily banking tasks, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
- Generating weekly supplier payment runs
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
This is a varied and interesting role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
