Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Select Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing and managing invoices and purchase orders
  • Coordinating with suppliers to resolve account queries and manage credit limits
  • Performing daily banking tasks, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
  • Generating weekly supplier payment runs
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records

This is a varied and interesting role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
